Q: What modes of payment do you accept?
A: Currently we're accepting payments through paypal only.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship everywhere!

Q: How long before my items are shipped?
A: Please allow us 1-3 working days to process the order.

Q: When would I receive the products once they have been shipped?
A: All items are posted from Singapore via Singpost. In general the shipping times is around 10-15 workings days. Please note that the timeframe might be longer during holiday periods.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: The standard shipping cost provided does NOT include a tracking number. If you would like to be able to track your items, please purchase the shipping upgrade option. 

Q: How do I track my items?
A: To track the status of the shipment within Singapore, please use Singpost.com. Once the item has been dispatched overseas, you will need to use your local postal service provider to track the remaining part of the journey. For US, it's USPS.com.
